Privacy Policy

Anthion Aether LLC operates UnitVisit. We collect the information needed to run a unit visit.

• Account details, such as your name, email, and role.
• Property addresses for the units a property manager books.
• Tenant contact details only when the property manager supplies them.
• Lockbox codes, stored encrypted.
• Inspection photos and checklist data from a visit.
• An inspector’s location during a visit, to confirm arrival.
• Messages between the property manager and the inspector on an order.
• Payment status for an order.

Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

Inspectors give their identity and bank details directly to Stripe to receive payouts. Stripe collects and stores them; we do not.

We use this information to create accounts, book and run visits, show reports, pay inspectors, and send the messages a visit needs. We also use it to keep the service working and to respond when you contact us.

We share information with the companies that help us run UnitVisit:

• Stripe, for payments and payouts.
• Our hosting and database providers.
• SMS and email providers, to deliver messages you or a property manager asked us to send.

We do not sell personal data.

Texts to tenants are sent only for scheduling a visit, at the property manager’s request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Photos, reports, and messages are kept for a limited period after an order closes and then deleted.

We encrypt lockbox codes, limit access to the people who need it for a visit, and send traffic over HTTPS. No method of storage is perfect, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never happen.

You can update the account details your role is allowed to change in the app. To request access to the personal information we hold, or to ask us to delete it, email support@unitvisit.com. We may keep a record we still need for an open order, a payment, or a legal duty.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

UnitVisit is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
